Cancellation Policy

Buy Online, Pickup In-Store To cancel a "Buy Online, Pickup In-Store" order, please email our support team at online@buildershardwarebelize.com as soon as possible. In-store pickup orders are often fulfilled immediately, so the cancellation window may be limited.

We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests. However, if the order has already been processed and fulfilled, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation. In such cases, you can return any unwanted items according to our return policy.

Deliveries and Shipments To cancel a delivery order, please contact us at online@buildershardwarebelize.com at the earliest opportunity.

• Next Day and Courier Deliveries: Can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.
• Same-Day Deliveries: Can be cancelled within 15 minutes of placing the order.

Orders that have already shipped and are in transit cannot be cancelled. If the cancellation window has passed, you can return any unwanted items according to our return policy.
