Payment Options

We offer a range of payment methods to ensure your shopping experience is convenient and secure. All prices are in Belize Dollars (BZD). The exchange rate is 2 BZD = 1 USD. 1. Payment via Credit/Debit Card: We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discovery credit/debit cards. These cards can be used to pay for orders during checkout or open invoices if you hold a credit account.

• • Immediate processing: Once your payment is approved, your order is processed right away. If your card is declined, we recommend contacting your bank directly, as we cannot process card payments manually over the phone or email.
  • Saved Cards: For returning customers, you can save your card for quicker checkouts. Rest assured, we do not store your payment details. Instead, we use First Atlantic Commerce’s secure payment gateway. They tokenize your card data, replacing sensitive details with a unique token that cannot be reversed, ensuring enhanced security. The process is fully PCI compliant, adhering to stringent industry standards.
    
    

2. Charge to Credit Account: For customers with an approved Builders Hardware credit account, you can charge your order directly to your account, provided it is in good standing (no overdue balances and within your credit limit). If your account conditions are not met, your order will be automatically canceled.

• • Business-to-Business (B2B) Customers: Orders charged to a credit account do not require a purchase order if the buyer is authorized. For any account issues or to gain online access, please contact us at accounts@buildershardwarebelize.com.
    
    

3. Payment via Bank Transfer: You can also opt to pay via bank transfer. Your order will be picked immediately but will not be released for delivery or pick-up until payment is received. If payment is not received within 7 days, the order will be canceled.

4. Notify Us: After making your transfer, please send an email to accounts@buildershardwarebelize.com or message us via WhatsApp at +501-614-1227 so we can promptly apply your payment to your account.
   
   

5. Purchase Order Submittal: B2B customers with a Builders Hardware credit facility in good standing can select 'Purchase Order Submittal' during checkout. Please drop off the original purchase order at our store within 3 days so orders can be processed. If the original order is not received within 3 days, the order will be cancelled. Electronic purchase orders are not accepted.
