Shipping Options

When shopping on Builders’ webstore, you’ll notice two convenient delivery options when adding items to the cart:

1. Delivery: Builders’ Hardware offers countrywide delivery using our in-house fleet of trucks during normal business hours.

  • Use the 'delivery' option at checkout for large orders within Belmopan or anywhere countrywide.
  • Delivery charges are based on the truckload size and the distance from our store.
  • The delivery cost will be automatically calculated and added to your cart during checkout, based on the shipping zone associated with your provided shipping address.

2. Pickup (Smart Locker Kiosk): Our in-store pickup service is quick and easy:

  • Orders for pickup will be ready 2-3 hours after purchase is made OR on the following business day if placed after 3PM.
  • Pickup (Smart Locker Kiosk) are available only during our regular opening hours.
  • Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday and will be ready for pickup by mid afaternoon latest.

For your convenience, you can have some items delivered and others available for pickup. Visit our Customer Care webpage for more details on splitting up your order.


In-Store FAQs

  • For small items, we recommend selecting in-store pickup or coordinating with a courier service provider, such as Ezy Delivery.
  • Contact Ezy Delivery at: +501 672-0399.

If your order exceeds a single truckload, we’ll contact you to arrange an additional truck. Please note that extra delivery charges may apply.

Orders for pickup at Builders’ Hardware will be ready after 12 PM on the following business day if placed online.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is processed. A second email will notify you when your order is ready, along with instructions for using our automated Smart Locker system.

Detailed pickup instructions are included in your confirmation email. Need help? Our friendly sales staff will assist you!

  • A government-issued ID (in case you misplace your pickup code).
  • Your pickup confirmation or QR code.

Using the Smart Lockers

  1. Scan the QR code from your confirmation email at the locker kiosk.
    Tip: Can’t scan the QR code? Enter the pickup code on the keypad and press '#'.
  2. The locker compartment will open.
  3. Collect your package, close the door, and you’re good to go!
    Tip: If you have multiple packages, additional locker compartments will open automatically after closing the first door.

Additional Information

  • Your phone number allows the Smart Locker to text you a pickup code.
  • It also ensures we can contact you if there’s an issue with your order.

Yes! During checkout, provide the name and email of your designated pickup person. They’ll need:

  • A government-issued ID.
  • Your order number.
  • The pickup confirmation email.

Items too large or heavy for the Smart Lockers will be arranged separately. Pickup details will be included in your confirmation email.

No. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is processed. A second email will notify you when your order is ready, along with instructions for using our automated Smart Locker systemNo! If you’re only picking up an online order, security will know your items are prepaid. You can collect your package and leave without further checks.
